General information about shipment and the delivery of goods

Once your order has been created, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with all the necessary details. Please once you receive this confirmation, double check the address information to avoid problems at delivery.

Once the order is placed, we will process, package and dispatch (hand it over to the courier) the goods within 24 hours from order creation.

Please note that our warehouse, from where we ship all orders, is located in Slovakia, European Union. Once the package is shipped,you will be notified of the expedition via email, which also includes the tracking link and a shipment number. Using this information, you know the exact location and status of your package and can predict when it will be delivered.

The shipping generally takes about 3-5 business days for deliveries within EU.

International shipping takes about 4-6 business days. Please note that customs fees are not included in the cost of the goods and the shipping cost, and the buyer must pay them himself or DHL will do custom duties for customer and the cost will be asked from customer prior delivery.

Canada postal fees: For Canada, fees are applicable on items over $20 CAD (approx. $14.86 USD), even via postal. Sometimes postal items slip through without additional fees; however, they are always subject. Also, Canada Post assesses a $9.95 Admin fee anytime D&Ts are owed.
