Birkenstock sandals that Support the Arch

The most essential aspect of this German company, which has gained popularity among customers, is its approach and, above all, the quality of its shoes and sandals (which make up 90% of its production). Birkenstock sandals are still manufactured in Germany, using top-quality materials. Whether it's premium leather, vegan leather, recycled polyurethane (such as EVA models), or cork, customers can rely on their quality. From personal experience, we know that Birkenstock sandals will accompany you throughout the entire summer season, and you won't want to give them up. Even inexpensive molded models made from a single piece of rubber are suitable as slippers.

However, Birkenstock has also become known for its flexible arch support. The arch of the foot is important for overall body posture and especially for spinal load. Shoes or insoles that do not provide support in the arch can eventually lead to spinal deformities. Birkenstock recognized this characteristic as early as the beginning of the 20th century and has been constantly improving their shoes since then. Birkenstock entered the American market in the 1960s and is now a global company rooted in Germany.

An interesting fact about Birkenstock is that they produce the same sandal model for different types of feet. If you have a very narrow foot, it is better to choose the narrow fit, while a wider foot is better suited for the regular fit.

Cork sandals for both men and women

The cork sole serves as an orthopedic insole. It provides better support for the arch than any molded shoe insert. If you need to spend more hours indoors or at work wearing footwear, Birkenstock sandals are also highly suitable. That's why doctors, dentists, and people working in large office environments have embraced these sandals.
