Chuck Taylor All Star 70 Origins
By 1970, the Chuck had evolved to become the pinnacle of function and utility for sport, and was considered the best basketball sneaker ever. The Chuck 70 is built off of the original 1970s design, with premium materials and an extraordinary attention to detail. A shoe so rooted in tradition that it has its own instant history. That's the Chuck 70. It's not a shoe. It's the shoe.

Converse Sneakers - With Us for Over a Hundred Years

The Converse brand likely has the longest history among the brands we sell at Shooos. The company was founded before World War I. Converse sneakers feature the iconic star-shaped logo and are sold in every country around the world. Today, Converse shoes are considered a classic. Artists and young people are often seen wearing Chuck Taylor All Star models. If you want to be free and independent, lace up a pair of Converse sneakers!

Collaborations and Limited Edition Converse

At Shooos, you'll find all the classic models in basic colors, as well as a variety of seasonal models and exciting collaborations. Converse highly values collaborations with artists. For years, they have been releasing the Andy Warhol Collection to honor Andy Warhol. These sneakers feature iconic works of pop art, such as Campbell's soup cans, Marilyn Monroe, and other images. The collection was created in partnership with The Andy Warhol Foundation, with a portion of the shoe sales contributing to the foundation. To date, the foundation has distributed over 200 million dollars in grants and art support.

Other special editions of Converse include DC Comics, Pink Floyd, The Ramones, AC/DC, Metallica, Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Green Day, Gorillaz, and more. In the future, you can look forward to some limited-edition Converse at Shooos. In addition to those, we also offer a wide range of Converse Leather, which are full leather Converse sneakers.

Apart from the limited editions, Converse consists of the following basic model lines: Converse Chuck Taylor All Star, Converse One Star, Converse Chuck Taylor 70, Converse Pro Leather, Converse Star Player, as well as winter Converse and Converse Boots. All Converse model lines have their own unique features, incorporating various improvements and different designs compared to the classic canvas Converse. Models labeled CONS are focused on the skate segment. Converse mainly promotes its ambassadors, including Kenny Anderson, Anthony Pappalardo, Nick Trapasso, Sammy Baca, and others.

Men's/Women's Converse or Unisex?

Most Converse sneakers come in unisex sizes. When choosing women's Converse sneakers, it is explicitly indicated on the shoes, and the SKU number must start with 5. Skate models have slightly different numbering. Men's Converse sneakers, on the other hand, have SKU numbers starting with 16. However, this does not change the fact that men's and unisex sizes are essentially the same. All traditional, plain canvas Converse sneakers, marked with an M, are unisex. These are the basic Converse sneakers that everyone should have in their wardrobe.

Choose Traditional or Bold Converse Colors

White Converse sneakers are the biggest classic and bestseller. Black Converse sneakers are also highly popular. Other colors like red, blue, brown, and green are not as commonly seen, which makes them a unique choice for you.
