Dr. Martens 1460 W Cherry Red

The 1460 is the original Dr. Martens boot. The unisex boot's recognizable DNA looks like this: 8 eyes, grooved sides, a heel-loop, yellow stitching, and a comfortable, air-cushioned sole.

Built to last, this unisex boot is made using one of the finest methods of construction: the Goodyear Welt — which means the upper and sole are sewn together in our heat-sealed z-welt stitch. The boot sits on our iconic AirWair™ sole, which is oil and fat resistant with good abrasion and slip resistance, and is made with Arcadia, a two tone rub-off leather designed to tarnish with wear, revealing a base colour underneath.

Upper: 100% Leather
Lining: 75% Textile, 25% Leather
Sole: 100% PVC

Material: A high-shine leather with a base dye and contrasting topcoat, which is rubbed off to reveal the underlying colour.
Care Instructions: Clean Away dirt using a damp cloth, allow to dry apply a Dr. Martens clear or colour wax based shoe polish as appropriate to restore shine as desired. Do not use any leather cleaners on this leather they could damage the two-tone effect.

Construction: This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.
