The design for this iteration of the Nike React Element 55 started with a ""back-to-the-basics"" approach, then took those insights and applied a computational design lens to map the pressure points for people who walk intensively throughout the day, according to designer Darryl Matthews. The lightweight upper and plush, durable foam underfoot have now been reconstructed for a premium walking experience.
