This is the original Dr. Martens boot, same as it ever was. Part of the Made in England Vintage collection, handcrafted by the Dr. Martens's Northamptonshire factory cobblers using original construction techniques — plus Quilon, rare, original specification Dr. Martens leather. Thick and corrected-grain with a matte finish, this leather only gets better with age.

Made with all the classic Doc's DNA, including grooved sides, heel-loop and yellow stitching
Built on the iconic Dr. Martens air-cushioned sole, which is oil and fat resistant, with good abrasion and slip resistance
Upper: 100% Leather
Lining: 75% Textile, 25% Leather
Sole: 100% PVC
Material: Quilon Leather is crafted using traditional processes and features a contrast base colour for a two-tone finish.
Care Instructions: [Quilon] = Clean Away dirt using a damp cloth, allow to dry apply correct coloured wax based shoe polish to restore colour and shine level as desired.
Construction: This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.
